Understanding the Ordering Process:

There are certain thing that are out of our control when it comes to printing and must be taken into consideration. Make sure you understand which aspects of the ordering process are your responsibilities as a customer.

If there are any print issues that were caused by us or in the printing process, we will either re-print and re-ship the job at no charge.

We will not refund money after an order is approved and sent to print by the customer.

If a re-print is issues by us, the re-print must be the orignal file with no changes made. We will process the same order and have it shipped. Before we re­print a job we require samples to be sent to us for verification. We may issue a pickup request by FedEx or UPS of the original order. All re­prints will be completed using the original artwork submitted to us.

    What is a re-printable item?

  • Errors made on our end during the printing process.

    What is not a re-printable item?

  • Grammatical or spelling errors, made on artwork provided by the customer.
  • Incorrect artwork specifications on customer-supplied artwork, such as incorrect bleed, low-resolution elements etc.
  • Errors made by us and but approved by customer

1. Turnaround

Print production business days and times are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm excluding major Holidays. Orders approved before 5pm EST will be ordered that business day. Orders approved after 5pm will be ordered on the following business day. We will do our best to place your order, and make sure there are no issues or delays, however we cannot guarantee shipping. Turnaround is an estimate, and is not to be confused with a guarantee. Note that custom jobs require extra production time.

2. Payment Terms

When submitting an order, customer authorizes 4411design to charge the provided credit card with the order amount including CA Tax, Shipping or any other charges that may apply. For regular 2­4 business day print jobs, we ask you to approve the order within 24hrs. For Next day orders we ask you to approve as soon as possible. The total amount will be charged within 2 days of the order placed. Credit card will be charged upon approval of the proofs sent to the client.

3. Printing Orders

4411design reserves the right to refuse any improper or illegal prints uploaded. We are not responsible for any copyright or illegal use of trade names, slogans, logos or images. Client is responsible for all submitted material for printing.

4. Return / Refund Policy

Clients may request to cancel an order after its approved and processed for printing. However there will be a $15 cancellation fee.

5. Electronic Files/Images

Clients are responsible to keep a copy of the original design files and artwork. 4411design is not responsible for loss or damage art supplied by the client or for any errors provided by the client. Any additional editing or design alterations needed to client­supplied files will apply extra charge. WE DON'T SAVE ANY FILES. PLEASE HAVE COPY OF YOUR FILES SAVED.

6. Corrections and Alterations

Client uploaded files cannot be altered or edited. Please make sure all your work is final before submitting to us. Alteration on designs provide by 4411design will apply an extra change of what our rate is.

7. Design / Print Proofs

Design and Print proofs are sent by email and must be approved before we proceed with printing. Once the job is approved we will then send the job to print. Once artwork is approved and sent to print 4411design is not responsible for any typos or any other incorrect information. We will work with our clients to try to correct the problem, but will not issue a refund based on the approved design or artwork provided by the customer.

8. Color Matching

Prints vary in color and not every print will be exactly the same at anytime time. Comparing colors from your monitor to print will most likely never be an accurate. We do not guarantee any color match to the submitted artwork by the client nor do we guarantee the samples we have on our site. Any file other than CMYK submitted to us will automatically convert and print in CMYK. We are not responsible for any color shifts.
There will be NO REFUNDS or CREDITS for color shifts. Please make sure all your files are print ready, meaning 300 dpi CMYK. Saving files in .TIFF format will be the closest to match what you submit for print. We ONLY accept (.JPG, .TIFF, .PDF .EPS files) please make sure files are flattened and fonts are outlined before submitting any files to us.

9. Delivery Damages

4411design is not responsible for delays or damaged packages. Once we hand it off to our carrier for delivery we are not responsible for any damages when it occurs during the time of delivery. We do not deliver to PO BOXES.

10. Claims / Disputes

You may claim any damage or problems in printing or cutting to us in 48hrs after delivery. If no clams are made we understand the client has no complaints and has accepted the job.

11. Subcontract

We have the right to subcontract any print job to any contractor we have and work with.

12. Privacy Statement

Information collected from our order process will not be shared with any other company We solely use your information for contact, billing and shipping purposes. We don't hold any credit card information on file

13. Design requirements

Our pre­designed business cards are designed with print ready specifications i.e. 300DPI, CMYK, ( 3.625" x 2.125" art board size) with .125" bleed and .25" safety. Customer uploaded files must follow these requirements. Any file that gets uploaded and doesn't meet our required file set up for print might either get sent back or we may charge a set up fee. We take no responsibility for cut images or text on uploaded files. Please follow our guid lines for file prep. We accept .JPG, (flatten) .TIFF and .EPS (fonts outlined) files ONLY. We will convert files to a usable format but it may come out incorrect due to file specs. We cannot guarantee for the printed art work to match the submitted files if the files are not prepared correct. Incorrect uploaded files will be corrected by our design team with no extra charge.

14. Shipping Changes and Methods

Once the order is submitted, it is final. We cannot change shipping or shipping methods. We only use our shipping options no other options for shipping is allows. We don't use customer account numbers for shipping or use their carries.
